We are a small team. There is no call centre script and no ticket number: an email to theteam@industrytools.store reaches a person.

Support

Support answers email seven days a week, normally within one business day. They can check stock, chase a parcel with the carrier, arrange a return and tell you exactly what a manufacturer states about a product.

Compare the details for your task and contact us if you need help. Delivery is available across the United States.

Behind the pages

Product pages are written against the manufacturer's own specification. Where the marketing copy and the specification disagreed, the specification won.
